1. Let's Talk
Get in touch! We’ll arrange a call to discover more about your business and how we can work together to get the photographs you need to show up with confidence as the face of your brand.
2. Before The Shoot
With simply a $250 booking fee, your photoshoot is all booked, and we can start creating your shoot list!
I'll send out a questionnaire to find out more about your business, as well as my best tips and tricks on how to prepare for the shoot and what to expect on the day.
Styling is an important element, so I’ll also send through a styling guide to get you started.
3. Shoot Day
Your shoot day session is structured around the stories you want to tell, each story is tied to an action or activity that helps showcase your brand story.
You'll feel fully prepared and relaxed throughout your session as I capture authentic photos of your fantastic self.
4. Image Selection & Delivery
After your photoshoot, I'll send through a link to your personalised online proof gallery, where you'll choose those images that suit your brand best.
Your final selections will be professionally retouched and provided as high-resolution files for print and matching web-size images perfect for LinkedIn, social media, and website use.

The need for quality video content for your website and social channels has never been more relevant - It has the ability to create an unrivalled emotional connection with your audience, builds trust, increases conversion rates and is the perfect complement to your Personal Branding shoot.
Short branding film - $650 + GSTTell your story and attract your ideal clients with a short brand film. This 15-30 second video is a series of small clips edited together to showcase the story of your brand. Note: Sound/voice recording not included, however licenced music can be purchased for $50 + GST.

How many people can be in the personal branding photoshoots?
The personal branding photoshoots are perfect for 1-2 people. If there are more in your team who need photography, check out my business photography packages instead.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, of course.
Sometimes it’s great to showcase your story with a “client” in some of the photography. So, feel free to bring someone with you - just let me know first so I know their name!
Do the images come with retouching?
Yes, all my images come with natural retouching. The idea is that no one should notice the retouching itself but just admire your complexion as a whole. Additional skin retouching can be added on by request. Read this blog for more information on what retouching includes.
I already have some existing imagery from another photographer, and I’d like to be able to continue to use some of these images.
I am often asked to add to existing image galleries. Although I can’t replicate another photographer's style, I can keep existing imagery in mind when shooting and editing so your library is as visually consistent as possible.
Our existing office space or place of work isn’t suitable for images, where can we do the shoot?

I have been photographing in the Waikato for 15 years now and have a good library of beautiful location options to recommend to my clients, with galleries to show you how each space looks in an image. Let me know if you have your heart set on a particular look, and we can talk about locations.
What should I bring to the photoshoot?
FOR TOUCH-UPS
Any personal appearance touchup items you might want, including things like lipstick or a hairbrush.
CLOTHING & PROPS
All your outfits, shoes, and any props you want to use. I've seen people use a suitcase to transport these.
FOR SHOOTING NEAR WATER
If you are photographing near a body of water like the beach, river, or lake, pack a towel and wipes. I always bring a change of clothes, even if it's just for the way home.
How does rescheduling due to weather work?
While you'll see plenty of golden light throughout my portfolio, if you take a closer look, you'll also see plenty of moody and stormy skies. I absolutely LOVE to work in both scenarios, and both will provide beautiful scenes.
I limit my workload to have room for rescheduling, so I'm happy to be flexible for you to ensure you will make the most out of this investment.
When will we receive our images?
Proofing Galleries will be available to view within 5 business days of the Photoshoot. If applicable, the favourite images need to be selected within 21 business days after images have been delivered. Fully edited purchased images will be available within 10 business days. If the Client requires images to be delivered in a shorter time frame then an additional cost may be applicable.
What if I need additional headshots when a new staff member is hired?
If you need additional images taken after the photoshoot, this is done at the original image rate with a $75 + GST one off set up fee to cover admin, travel and set up time.
Can I buy additional images after I have paid for my package?
If you would like additional images to what is included in your package or quote then these can be quoted for and added to the invoice after the shoot.
How long is my gallery live for?
Your gallery will be live for 24 months after it is first sent out. Images can be downloaded in high and low resolution prior the gallery going offline.
What's included in editing/post production?
Post production/editing includes the following:
Applying my custom colour preset and correcting colour/skin tones
Straightening and cropping if needed
Black and white version of the image (on request/if included in quote)
Removing background distractions
Light retouching
A small fee may be charged for special requests, please check your contract or invoice for inclusions.
